Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement network solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
Deploy routers, switches, wireless controllers, and other network equipment.
Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems to new infrastructure with minimal downtime.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during implementation phases to manage timelines and dependencies.
Perform network testing and validation to ensure compliance with performance and security standards.
Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture, configuration, and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot complex network issues during and after implementation.
Ensure all network deployments adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
Provide training and handoff to network operations teams post-deployment.
Must be able to available to go onsite to the client office in Lakeland, FL at minimum 2-3 days per week.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in networking domain
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching technologies, and WAN/LAN.
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Understanding SD-WAN, VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Experience in IPSec VPNs & VRFs
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques
Good communication skills
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
